We are proud to have been among the first 15 companies in the UK to be approached to become part of the new RM Affiliated Technician Support Scheme (ATSS).

Full details can be found below, but basically if a school uses a member of this scheme for their technical support, they can get a significant reduction on the cost of their basic network support from RM (required for CC3 servers) from £1337 to £500!

From our point of view, joining the scheme means that we have direct access to the RM 3rd line support ­ allowing us to quickly escalate problems that we cannot solve. It also means that we work closely with RM and are the first to find out the new and interesting developments for schools on the horizon.

In order to get our ATSS we had to pass our RM Certified Network Technician Exam to show that we had sufficient knowledge of the CC3 networking system. This was achieved in February of this year, since which time we have been chasing the Network Manager exam to enable us to fully install a CC3 network from scratch.
