Range of services

Over the years we have been presented with just about any and every conceivable problem and scenario that you can possibly imagine, and we have dealt with every one. With regards to your home computer (or computers), the most common services we provide are as follows:

• Cleaning PC’s - Viruses, spyware and 'spring cleans'
• Upgrades - bigger hard drives, more memory and faster processors
• Setting up wired and wireless home networks

Well, cleaning and upgrades speak for themselves, but what is a home network? Basically speaking it is where you have a single point of access to the internet (usually what’s called a ‘router’) behind which you have 2 or more computers that can be a combination of Mac’s or PC’s and which can share files and printers with each other. These computers can either be connected to the router with wires or wirelessly and can communicate with each other, or not, depending on your preference.

More advanced requests often include the following:

• Extending wireless range in bigger houses
• Accessing files on your computer remotely
  (i.e. being able to use files on your home computer from a separate location)
• Sharing files in a mixed Mac and PC environment

On a slightly different note we also provide solutions for those people wishing to install a Home Theatre system, or create a Smart Home environment.
